General admission on a grass bank behind the reserved seats at an amphitheatre. It is the cheapest ticket, unreserved, and most venues allow a low-back chair or blanket — check the height limit.

Almost always. Organisers stop only for lightning or dangerous wind, and typically hold the audience rather than cancel.
How early should I arrive at an outdoor venue?
Doors normally open 60 to 90 minutes before the start. For general admission or lawn seating, arriving at doors is the difference between a good spot and the back.
