4th Annual Texas Cowboy Symposium

Come experience the Western way of life at the 4th Annual Texas Cowboy Symposium September 25th & 26th in Granbury, Texas! This family-friendly weekend with traditions, dancing, music, food, craftsmanship, and the western culture. Throughout the weekend, guests can enjoy an incredible lineup of authentic chuckwagon cooking, Western swing music, cowboy poetry, chuckwagon demonstrations, shopping, live entertainment, and more. One of the weekend's highlights is the Chuckwagon Food Festival, featuring 14 different chuckwagons serving up traditional cowboy fare. Sample from one wagon or make your way through all 14 while enjoying favorites like chicken-fried steak, potatoes, beans, Dutch oven bread, and peach dessert. The weekend also features Western swing bands and live music, including performances around the wagons, along with cowboy poetry, fiddle contest, dutch oven demonstrations, and MORE. When the sun goes down, enjoy dinner from the chuckwagons and an evening of live Western music and dancing.
