Accessible seating is reserved for guests with accessible requirements and their companions. Guests requiring accessible seating may purchase one (1) accessible seat and up to three (3) companion seats adjacent to the accessible seat. Depending upon availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space. Keesler Federal Park is committed to working with guests on a case-by-case basis to adequately accommodate individual needs. All ticket sales are based on availability. Ramps are provided at all entries, and there are elevators that will take patrons to the Suite Level if they choose those seats. Holder acknowledges/assumes all risks of attending the Event, including, without limitation, contracting COVID-19 or other communicable disease or being injured by bats, balls or other items. Holder releases Club and all other MLB-related entities ("MLB Entities"), host venue, ticket provider, and all successors, assigns, players, managers, coaches, employees, partners, members, directors, officers, owners, agents, representatives, licensees, sponsors, vendors and contractors (collectively, "Releases"), from claims arising out of the Event, even if due to the sole, joint, or comparative negligence, or strict liability, of Releasees ("Released Claims") and will indemnify Releases from and against Released Claims. No exchanges and no refunds on all ticket purchases on Shuckers tickets. No outside food and beverage is allowed. Shuckers tickets are the property of the Biloxi Shuckers and may not be sold or distributed. Attempted or actual resale or distribution of tickets at any price is prohibited. Shuckers management reserves the right to confiscate any tickets being sold or distributed. Seating Policy Guests should sit only in the seats for which they hold valid tickets. Guests may be asked to show their ticket stub if there is confusion over a specific seat. REGULAR SEASON RAIN CHECK POLICY if an official game is not played, that being 4.5 innings if home team is leading or 5 innings if game is tied or if visiting team is leading, the ticket may be used as a rain check. In this case, this ticket may be exchanged for a ticket of equal value, based on seating availability, for any future 2026 regular season, non-restricted home game. Exchanges are accepted exclusively at the Keesler Federal Park Box Office. Tickets for official games, which are suspended after becoming official contests, do not qualify as rain checks.
