Street Parking is free in the city on weekends and after 5:00 PM on weekdays, but availability is limited. Paid Parking Lots are also available within a couple blocks of the theater. For more information, please visit our Parking page. If you are taking the NFTA-Metro train downtown, the Fountain Plaza Station is located one block south of the Shea's Performing Arts Center. If you are using a Ride-Sharing app, please use 439 Pearl Street as the address for ride-sharing services pick-up and drop-off location point at Shea's Buffalo Theatre.

ASL-interpreted performances are available upon request. Please contact our Box Office at least one week before the show for assistance with ticketing and scheduling an interpreter. Assisted listening devices are available at the Coat Check station free of charge. Autism & Sensory Accommodations: A designated quiet room is available for patrons who may need a calm, low-stimulus space during their visit, before and during performances. Families and patrons with autism, sensory sensitivities, or other special needs are encouraged to contact the Shea's Box Office at least a week in advance. Booster Seats are available at the Coat Check station Wheelchair access is available on Shea's Buffalo Theatre's main level. As a National Historic Site, the theatre does not currently have elevators or accessible seating in the balcony. Wheelchair access is available through the entrances on Main Street. For patrons parking on Pearl Street, come through Curtain Up Alley to reach Main Street. Contact the Box Office to secure accessible seating.
